Exchange Process

  1. We provide a prepaid return shipping label (we pay for return shipping).

  2. The customer sends us a clear photo of the label on their current 8000R Keypad (bad unit), showing the Part Number and Serial Number.

  3. We ship the replacement 8000R Keypad (good unit).

  4. After receiving the replacement, the customer must always return the original 8000R Keypad (bad unit) within one week. A timely return is mandatory to complete the exchange.
